The most aggravating aspect of this story is that Sam Raimi intended to continue his Spider-Man saga with Episode 6, but things didn’t work out. Sony decided on a reboot, dubbed The Amazing Spider-Man.

X-Men Origins: Magneto
In the list of Cancelled Marvel Projects X-Men Origins: Magneto comes at number 6 position.
Gavin Hood’s X-Men Origins: Wolverine was released in 2009. While the film did pave the way for two more Wolverine films, it wasn’t the intention. Indeed, 20th Century Fox hoped to create an X-Men Origins storey with their first spin-off.
The goal was to tell the origin stories of some of the most well-known mutants from the X-Men franchise. Following the success of X-Men Origins: Wolverine, 20th Century Fox began production on X-Men Origins: Magneto, which would be followed by X-Men Origins: Tornado.

After two Tim Story films were released in 2005 and 2007, 20th Century Fox intended to make a third Fantastic 4 feature. However, after receiving mixed reviews for Fantastic 4 and the Silver Surfer, 20th Century Fox began to have doubts about the project.
However, the second instalment grossed more than $ 301 million at the box office (on a budget of $ 130 million). Especially considering the initial cast members Ioan Gruffudd, Jessica Alba, Chris Evans, and Michael Chiklis were all attached to a three-film pact with Fox.
However, the studio dropped the idea in favor of focusing on the X-Men. Chris Evans, who took on the role of Captain America in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in 2011, thought it was a good choice.
The Fantastic Four 2 (Reboot)

During pre-production, the feature film underwent numerous alterations. After a number of directors tried their hand at directing, Gore Verbinski was chosen to direct Gambit. The filming began in February 2019, with Léa Seydoux and Lizzy Caplan in particular being cast.
Due to delays, timetable problems, and creative differences, Gambit’s release was delayed four times. After a month of filming, Disney discontinued the Gambit project after acquiring 20th Century Fox, the film’s original producer.
A decision spurred by the X-later Men’s inclusion in the MCU, but refuted by the release of X-Men: Dark Phoenix and New Mutants following Disney’s acquisition of Fox.
Ghost rider 3
Even before the release of Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance, Columbia Pictures had already planned Ghost Rider 3.
Unfortunately, due to the negative critical response to the second picture, Nicolas Cage, who is used to working with women, opted to leave the part. Columbia couldn’t have gone very far anyhow, because the rights to exploit the character reverted to Marvel Studios in 2013, a year after the release of Ghost Rider 2.
Despite an appearance in the Agents of SHIELD series, there are no plans to bring the character back into the MCU at this time.
